1. Diagnosing, Strategizing and Organizing for
Effective Transformation and Value Creation
Establish a tailored “dynamic Balanced Scorecard” that serves as the framework for organizational effectiveness assessment and business transformation strategy development and implementation at the corporate and organizational unit:

Enhance the effectiveness of existing and future transformation initiatives from the perspective of portfolio management in order “to weed out” transformation initiatives that are not feasible in advance at an early stage and select those that are most likely to be implemented.

Utilize the appropriate tools and technologies to ensure investment and managing transformation for value-for-money and scaling-up.

Identified and implement results-based (transformational) training venues and material on a continuous basis, including for institutionalization.

Measure, evaluate and learn from business transformation experience at the Client and in comparable organizations to foster a culture of continuous improvement, impact scaling-up and sustainable competitiveness.
2. ESG Strategies and Portfolio Management
Help organizations navigate the complexities of corporate citizenship and ESG (Envinonment-Social-Governance) due diligence through advice on the development, implementation and evaluation of aligned ESG strategies, policies, and project portfolios/programs:

Monitor, report and strategically advise on ESG trends, regulatory developments and compliance.

Measure and evaluate ESG risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement ESG theory of change/results framework, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics/targets to track progress, measure impact, value-for-money and scalability.

Enable coherent communication and transparency on ESG performance.

Foster stakeholder relationships by addressing their ESG requirements comprehensively.

Devise, coordinate and/or conduct ESG training programs and projects/workshops.
3. Executive Committee Secretariat Services
Advice on and/or Outsourcing of executive committee secretariat activities, mainly including :

Servicing Senior Management Committees, Seminars/Conferences and Congresses/Conventions.

Strategic Content Development for high level reports, knowledge products, and communication materials (speeches, presentations, media lines, etc.) in coordination with other teams.

High-level Document Review, Editing and Proofreading/enhancement and Presentation for the approval or clearance of the Senior Executive Management and Senior Management Committees.

R&D, Knowledge Management and Capacity Development to support strategic positioning and program/project portfolio implementation.
